SQUIRE PARKER

      Vs.

ELIZABETH PARKER

Petition for Divorce

In this case, it is ordered by the Court that publication be made for three 
months in the Raleigh Minerva that unless the defendant, ELIZABETH PARKER ,  
come forward at our next Superior Court of  Law and Equity to be held for the 
County of Iredell in the Court House at Statesville on the 5th Monday after 
the 4th Monday in March next then and there to plead, answer, or demur, the 
petition  will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte..
