 IREDELL COUNTY
Sept. Term, 1810

JAMES PORTER

       VS.

MAT. KNOX’S HEIRS

The witnesses for the Plaintiff in the above cause, are sincerely desired to 
attend at Statesville early on the day of the next Superior Court which will 
be on the 4th Monday in October next and as the above suit progresses slowly, 
the said witnesses will please to bring forward the remaining Tickets yet in 
their hands for their respective attendances on said suit, so as to receive 
the balance due thereon.
