May Term, 1807

JOHN SNOW, SR.

      Vs.

JOHN SNOW, JR. 

Original Attachment Levied on 70 acres of Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOHN SNOW, 
JR., resides in the State of Tennessee. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless 
the defendant, JOHN SNOW, JR. , appear in the first three days of  the next 
term of this Court  to be held for the County of Iredell in the Court House at 
Statesville  and plead, answer or demur to this petition, the same  will be 
taken pro confesso against him.
