It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ROBERT 
BRYSON , is an inhabitant of another  state. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendant appear at our next term  to be held for the Iredell 
County and plea or replevy to the said suit, judgment will be taken against 
him.
