STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA,   IREDELL COUNTY COURT
August Term, 1808

JOHN WATTS

      Vs.

SAMUEL WOODSIDES

Original Attachment Levied on 75 acres of Land and mills, now in the 
possession of DAVID HOGSHEAD

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, SAMUEL 
WOODSIDES, resides outside of this State. . It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless the defendant,  SAMUEL WOODSIDES,   appear in the first three days of  
the next term of this Court  to be held for the County of Iredell and  replevy 
the said lands, judgment by default will be taken against him.
