Simonton to William Holland for $400, 260 acres on waters of Little Rockey creek joining John Moore (formerly Daniel Boyd), and Dobson except for 15 acres which is sold and laid off to Jemima Snow, originally a grant to Thomas Moore and sold to James and Moses Barckley and by them to Charles Mattison and sold by the sheriff to R.
