James Paterson to David Houston for £100 186 acres, originally granted from 
Earl of Granville d/d Jan. 10, 1764, then Robert Adams to Joseph Robinson by 
D/d June 8, 1767 thence to George Powders by d/d/ July 15, 1769 to James 
Patterson by d/d Sept 6, 1769.  James Dickey, Alexander Patterson.  Feb. 1796.
