1795	15 August.  James Patterson sold land.
		
James Patterson to Wm. Butram, Sr. for £110 200 acres.  Situated Iredell 
adjoining Peter Keetons line on S. Yadkin River and Walter Sharpes line.  
Originally granted to James Patterson d/d 10 October 1783.  John Smith & John 
Smith, Jr.  Sept. 1795.
