Articles from  “The Landmark” Statesville, Iredell County North Carolina 
5/19/1896: Mrs. Sallie White Holder, wife of Mr. W. H. Holder and daughter of 
J. A. White, Esq. died at her home on West Front Street last Sunday afternoon 
from the measles, Mrs. Holder was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Her 
Husband and six children survive her. The interment was in Oakwood Cemetery 
yesterday afternoon. 

6/2/1896: Mr. J. A. White has qualified as administrator of the estate of W. 
H. Holder.
