" - Baker Albea - tract of land known as Walter Beal tract adj. lands of Alexander
Baily, James Patterson 
and James P. Godbey together with 16 a. taken from my home plantation adj.
aforementioned piece, 
also a negro woman named Rachel and a small girl named Annaha, a horse, saddle,

to heirs of my dau. Sarah Caroline Carter (of her body) $150.00
