  Will of WILLIAM RIVES   28 aPR 1827
  "In a low state of health" ...
Four eldest Children: BECCA FELS, wife of CADE FELS;  EDMUND RIVES; ELI RIVES; 
and M---n RIVES - $10 each at death of wife, REBECCA; Grand-daughter, REBECCA 
RIVES, daughter of HANSEL RIVES, deceased. 
Four childlren: NANCY ELLIOTT, HANNAH MCCONNELL; PATIENCE RIVES and LEVI 
RIVES; and three grand-children: WILLIAM, DAVID, HENRY WILKINSON, heirs of my 
daughter, LUCY WILKINSON, deceased.
  Executors son, LEVI and JOHN ELLIOTT.
  Witnesses: LIBITIOUS GAITHER and REBECKAH
  CODICIL: 6 Oct. 1828 - Boy TURNER, born since will to remain with my wife 
until grandson, IRA, is 21.
