The Standard of Raleigh, April 13, 1859
STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA -- JOHNSTON COUNTY -- Court of Pleas and Quarter 
Sessions -- February Term, 1859 -- WRIGHT BLOW and MCNAB EARP vs. JOHN E. 
EARP -- Attachment
   It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant is not a 
resident of this State, it is ordered that advertisement be made for six weeks 
in the Raleigh Standard for the defendant to appear at the next Term of this 
Court to be held at the Court House in Smithfield on the 4th Monday next and 
replevy the property  levied on, and plead to the plaintiff's action, or 
judgment final will be rendered against him for the plaintiff's debt.
Witness, THOMAS D. SNEAD, Clerk of said Court at Smithfield, the 4th Monday of 
Feb., A.D. 1859.
