From a List of Acts Passed By the General Assembly  during the Months of 
November and December 1800.
   An Act to Authorize and Empower HARDY BRYAN of Johnston County, WILLIAM 
CARSON of Rutherford County and THOMAS M'INTIRE of Burke County, late 
sheriffs, to collect the arrearages due them in their respective Counties for 
the years 1798 and 1799.
