STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA        In Equity Spring Term 1861
O.L. DODD and others             Johnston County
     Vs.
BENAJAH HORN, TRUSTEE

In this case, it is ordered that the Clerk and Master advertise in the North 
Carolina Standard for six weeks, for the cestui que trust, and all others 
interested in the deed mentioned in the pleadings to come forward and file the 
evidence of their several debts together with the amount of the same, on or 
before the first day of the next Term, or the distribution will proceed 
without regard to them.
