Notice is hereby given to all who it may concern, and especially, to John 
McLeod, formerly of the county of Richmond, that Robert Gulley, Esq. of 
Smithfield in the county of Johnston, has filed his petition with the clerk of 
the Superior Court of the county of Johnston, in due form of law, praying for 
relief from imprisonment for debt, on the Wednesday of the spring term of the 
Superior Court of the said county, under the provisions of the constitution 
and laws of this state for the relief of insolvent debtors, &c. By order of 
the said Robert Gully.
