EZEKIAL PRICE

Original Attachment: Levied on 600 acres of Land, adjoining the lands of 
JOSIAH HOLDEN

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, EZEKIAL 
PRICE, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for 60 days in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless 
the said defendant appear at our next Court to be held for the County of 
Johnston in the Court House at Smithfield, on the 4th Monday in November and 
defend said suit, judgment final will be accordingly given.
