Notice

At May Term, 1811, of Johnston County Court the subscriber administered on the 
estate of Malachi Hinton, dec'd late of said County. This is to notify all 
persons having claims against said estate to bring them forward attested 
agreeable to law and within the time prescribed otherwise they will be barred. 
Those indebted to said estate must make payment without delay.
