Notice

On Monday the 17th inst. at the late dwelling house of Osborn Hunter dec'd 
will commence the sale of the perishable part of the Estate of said dec. 
consisting of corn and fodder, stock of all kinds, among which is about 150 
fat hogs, household and kitchen furniture, plantation utensils, &c. Twelve 
months credit will be given the purchasers on giving bond with approved 
security to E. Smith, Adm'r, Johnston County, Dec. 4, 1810

Notice

The subscriber qualified at the last Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions of 
Johnston County as Administrator to the estate of Osborn Hunter, dec. All 
those indebted to said estate are requested to make payment without delay; 
those having claims against the same will bring them forward properly 
authenticated within the time prescribed by law or they will be barred of 
recovery.
