NORTH CAROLINA,   JOHNSTON COUNTY COURT
Feb. Term, 1808

WILLIAM JOHNSTON and DRURY MEDLIN and wife

         Vs.

NOEL JOHNSTON, FANNY JOHNSTON and MILDRED JOHNSTON


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that two of the defendants, NOEL 
JOHNSTON,  and FANNY JOHNSTON are not residents of this State.  It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendants appear at our 
next term of this Court to plead, answer or demur to this petition, the 
petition will be taken pro confesso and set for hearing accordingly.
