It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, LEVIN COLE’S 
residence is unknown. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be 
made for six successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said 
defendant appear at our next term of this Court on the 4th Monday in February 
next to plead, answer or demur to this petition, judgment final will be given.
