STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA JOHNSON COUNTY -- Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions -
- WILLIAM DODD VS. O. L. DODD -- Attachment.
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that O. L. DODD the defendant in 
this case is a non-resident of this State it is ordered that publication be 
made in the Raleigh Standard notifying the said defendant to appear at the 
next term of this Court to be held for the County of Johnston at the Court 
House in Smithfield on the fourth Monday in February next, then and there to 
answer or repley, otherwise he will be proceeded against as if he has been 
served with process. 
Witness THOMAS D. SNEAD, Clerk of Johnson County Court at office the fourth 
Monday of November A.D. 1858.
