Original Attachment: SAMUEL G. SMITH and LARKIN SMITH summoned as Garnishees


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court and the defendant having removed 
out of State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made 
three months in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at 
the  next term of this Court to replevy, judgment will be entered up against 
him.
