                       NOTICE
   To the Heirs At Law of ELIZABETH SIMPKINS, formerly ELIZABETH HINTON, viz.:
RANSOM HINTON, THEOPHILUS HINTON, ESTHER, wife of THEOPHILUS TURNER, if 
living, and will make known their place of residence, can hear of something to 
their interest by addressing JOHN F. ELLINGTON, Clayton N.C. or myself at 
Smithfield, Johnston County, N. C. 
March 10, 1863.
