In the County Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions of Johnston last August 
Term, the Subscriber qualified as Administrator (with the will annexed) to the 
Estate of the late Col. Samuel Smith, dec. Therefore all persons indebted to 
said Estate are requested to make payment immediately; and those having claims 
against the same are requested to bring them forward properly authenticated 
within the time limited by law or they will be barred of recovery.
