120a being part of a patent granted to James Conner 10 Oct 1755 & conveyd from 
sd Francis Cogdell reference to sd deed may more fully appear, in Jo Co on NS 
little riv beg at a White oak on the riv in the county line & up sd riv to 
Raiford's line to a white oak on the riv bank: N160p to a pine: E to a pine in 
the county line so down sd county line to 1st station...buildings, 
improvements etc...Wit: Lazarus Craford, Henry Page, John Tiner. Oct Term 1767.
