Indenture made 30 Dec 1861 between B. S. King to Pency Crocker both of Johnston 
Co, $292.50 for 48 acres in Johnston on the south side of Mill Creek and north 
east side of Wises Branch adjacent to the Cart Path crossing said branch, E. 
Stevens line, B. S. Kings corner, run of Marsh Branch. Witnesses: Ezekiel Stevens, 
Mary Price. Registered 25 Feb 1862.
