Bk V 1, pg 362 - 400 acres

Indenture made 11 Apr 1796 between William Littleton of Johnston Co and Benjamin 
Rose of Wayne Co, for 112 pounds ten shillings land in Johnston on the south side 
of Mill Creek and both sides of the main Road including the Travellers Spring and 
adjacent to Jacob Stevens line, Cotton Path Branch containing 400 acres. 
Witnesses: Rd. M Kinne and John Harper. Registered: August Term 1796.
