Indenture made 16 Sep 1834 between William Reaves and Nicholas Rose both of 
Johnston Co, for $24.50 land in Johnston on the north side of the south prong of 
Mill Creek and on the north side of the Juniper Branch dam adjacent to Fails 
patent corner containing 12 1/4 acres. Witnesses: Jeremiah Blackman and Reubin 
Shephard. Registered: 27 Jul 1836.
