Indenture made 22 Aug 1837 between William Reaves and Sarah Rose both of Johnston 
Co, for $966 land in Johnston on the north and south side of the south prong of 
Mill Creek beginning at the Bridge and adjacent to the run of the creek, Nicholas 
Roses corner, head of Little Juniper Branch, James Roses line, James Lees corner, 
the road, Edward Lees patent line, Sassers corner, School House Branch. Witnesses: 
James Lee Senr. and Benj. B. Rose. Registered: 21 Nov 1837.
