Indenture made 23 Mar 1858 from Benjamin B. Rose, Thomas W. Rose, George P. Rose, 
Ransom Lee and wife Lucy, Joseph G. Rose, Ira W. Rose and Avera H. Rose to William 
N. Rose all of Johnston, for $800 all our right, title, interest, and estate in 
land in Johnston beginning at a black gum on the run of Mill Creek and adjacent to 
Nicholas Rose old corner, head of Juniper Branch, old ditch. Witness: G. P. Snead. 
Registered: August Term 1859.
