Indenture made 23 Mar 1858 from Benjamin B. Rose, Thomas W. Rose, George P. Rose, 
Ransom Lee and wife Lucy, Joseph G. Rose and William N. Rose to Avery H. and Ira 
W. Rose all of Johnston, for $1007 all our right, title, interest, and estate in 
land in Johnston adjacent to the main run of Mill Creek, Wm. N. Rose corner, pine 
on the north side of Mill Creek, Jeremiah Blackmans field containing 337 acres. 
Witness: G. P. Snead. Registered: 29 September 1859.
