Indenture made 25 Jan 1867 between B. B. Rose and Elizabeth Rose administrators 
of A. H. Rose dec'd of Johnston on the one part and Wm. N. Rose Jr. of Johnston 
of the other part; witnesseth that whereas by virtue of a decree of the Court of 
Pleas & Quarter Sessions at November Term last the said parties of the first 
part for $400 land in Johnston on the north side of Mill Creek adjacent to the 
main run of Mill Creek, W. N. Roses corner, Heron line, Mill ditch containing 
146 acres: Witnesses: John West and Catherine Eldridge. Registered: 28 May 1867.
