Bk L 2, pg 320 - 354 acres 

Indenture made 22 Sep 1821 between Benjamin Rose Senr., planter, to Nicholas 
Rose both of Johnston Co, for $339 land in Johnston mostly on the north side of 
Hannahs Creek adjacent to said creek, Matthew Mathis patent, Thomas Spikes 
patent, mouth of Stoney Fork, Jacob Woodall Sr. patent, run of Hannahs Creek in 
the Mill Pond containing 345 acres excepted for the use of the Mill.
Also another parcel on the north side of Hannahs Creek adjacent to James 
Woodalls patent containing 9 acres. Witnesses: Saml Lee Jr. and Thos Rose. 
Registered: February Term 1822.
