March 2, 1807, Raleigh Minerva March 2, 1807 Was committed to the Jail of Johnston County, on the 13th instant, a Negro fellow, who says his name is TAFF, and that he belongs to CHARLES DURLEY of Anson County near Wadesboro. He is about five feet, two inches high, stout build, and says he is a carpenter by trade; he has on a drab coat, and a mixed cloth vest and pantaloons.
