Death of Elisha Bradley Brown, Jr., 3 January 2003   
      
Elisha Bradley Brown, Jr., 76, of Selma, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2002 in 
Johnston Memorial Hospital. "June Bug" as he was known to most everyone 
was born May 27, 1925 in Harnett County, to the late Elisha Bradley and 
Irene Stewart Brown. 

Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 6, 2002 in the chapel of Parrish 
Funeral Home in Selma with the Rev. Rich Denning officiating. Burial 
followed in Selma Memorial Gardens. Surviving are his brothers, Floyd Brown, 
Charles E. Brown, and Eugene Brown all of Selma and sisters, Estelle Talton 
of Lucama and Faye Stanley of Pine Level.
