Obituary

Died in Johnston County a few days ago of the prevailing Camp Plague, General 
Hardy Bryan, in the 60th year of his age, a highly respectable and valuable 
citizen and one of the few officers of Militia who distinguished themselves 
for bravery and conduct at the battle of Guilford.
