Mon., Nov. 3, 1806, Raleigh Minerva
   DIED, on the 29th ult., MR. ROBERT FLEMING, merchant, of Smithfield. – He 
was attached while on a visit to Raleigh – with a billious fever, which, at 
the end of three weeks proved fatal.
