Death of Mrs. Pauline Wilkins High, 29 September 1991

Pauline Wilkins High died on Sunday, 29 September 1991, in Johnston Memorial 
Hospital in Smithfield. She was born in Johnston County 18 October 1906 to 
Charlie B. and Delia Wallace Wilkins. She was preceded in death by her parents, 
her husband George D. High, a son, Edward A. High, brothers, Charlie V., James 
C., Lee R. and Edward S. Wilkins. 

Surviving are daughters Jean Debnam of Selma and Margaret Smith of Lebanon, Pa., 
8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

The funeral was held 1 October 1991 at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma with Rev. 
Terry Woodard presiding. Burial followed in Oakland Heights Cemetery in 
Smithfield.
