WILLOW SPRING - Mr. Alton Clingman "A.C." Langdon, age 64, of 1780 White
Memorial Church Rd, died Wednesday at his residence. Funeral Services will be 2
p.m. Friday at White Memorial Presbyterian Church. Officiating will be Revs. Ken
Haines and Herbert Underwood.

Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery, Willow Spring. Mr. Langdon was born
May 25, 1937 in Johnston County to the late Alton and Lunette Stephenson
Langdon. He had retired after 30 years from Harris Wholesale in Raleigh and was
employed with the North Carolina Department of Correction. Mr. Langdon was a
member of White Memorial Presbyterian Church, served as a Deacon and Elder.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth L. Langdon; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and
Richard Denning; two grandchildren, Adam and Jessica Denning; sisters and
brothers-in-law, Betty L. and Wallace Ashworth, Jean L. and Glenn Wilson, Carol
L. and Curtis Price, Patricia L. and Wilson Lee, all of Willow Spring, Dale L.
Slaughter of Garner, and Nancy L. and Frankie Anderson of Fuquay-Varina; brother
and sister-in-law, Tommy and Doris Langdon of Willow Spring.

The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 7-9
p.m. on Thursday.
