   DIED, in Smithfield, on the 17th instant, MRS. RACHAEL WATSON, consort of 
WILLIS WATSON, ESQ. She was an affectionate wife, an indulgent mother, and a 
kind and respectable neighbor; she left a husband and two small children to 
lament her irreparable.
