Johnston County, NC - Obituary of Delia Wallace Wilkins, 1958

Mrs. Delia Wallace Wilkins died September 23, 1958 at her home in Selma. 
Funeral services were held at Selma Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church 
on Sunday, September 25, 1958, with burial following in the cemetery of 
Elizabeth United Methodist Church on Cleveland Road, Smithfield, NC.

She was born April 28, 1872 to James and Louiza Benson Wallace.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Bertie Wilkins, and two 
sons, Charlie Van, and James Clinton Wilkins, Sr.

Surviving are two daughters, Pauline High and Christine Green both of Selma; 
two sons, Edward S. of Selma and Lee R. Wilkins of Durham; a brother, W. A. 
Wallace of Saratoga; 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great 
great grandchildren.
