To the surveyor of said County Greeting

You are hereby required as soon as may be to lay off and survey for John H. 
Rose Fifty Acres of land adjoining his own lines

Entered the 14th March 1818

Observing the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided 
for running out Lands two just and fair Plans of such Survey with a proper 
Certificate annexed to each, you are to transmit with this Warrant to the 
Secretary's Office without Delay.

Surveyd for John Harper Rose a Tract of Land in Johnston County Containing 
Fifty acres No. 11 Entered 14th of March 1818 On the north Side of Moccason 
Swamp Beg'n at a Large white oak & Small Holly on the run of sd Swamp in the 
Line of a patent Granted to John Gurly for 400 acres runs the giving line of 
sd patent North Fifty Five East one Hundred and Ninety Four pole to a red oak 
(down) the Beg'n of sd. patent his own Corner then with his own Line South 
Fifty West Twenty Five pole to a Stake his own Corner in his field near the 
road then with his own Line South Eighty Six pole to a B.Jack Holts or Harmons 
Corner then with Harmons old Line South Seventy Four West one Hundred and 
Twenty Two pole to a Black Gum on the run of Moccason then up the Meanders of 
Moccason to the Beg'n.
