Johnston County Marriages 

R.V. Rose having applied to me for a License for the marriage of Anderson Gurley, 
of Wayne County, aged 28 years, color white, the son of Wiley Gurley and Sallie 
Gurley, the father now dead, the mother living, resident of Wayne co. and Loula 
Radford, of Johnston county, aged 18 years, color white, daughter of Bill Radford 
and Annie Radford, the father living, the mother living, resident Johnston county. 
       
I, J D Finlayson, a J Peace, united in matrimony Anderson Gurley and Loula Radford,
the parties licensed above, on the 29 day of Dec, 1897 at W T Radford, in Boon Hill 
Township.
