Ct. 1795 Wife Mary- All my lands including plantation where I now live; household furnishings; livestock; cash in hand during her lifetime or widowhood Son Jeremiah- The whole of land belonging to the Walker Plantation, part of the above land lent to wife, when he becomes 21 yrs old; bed & furniture; 1 gun Son Davis - Land & plantation on which I now live, being 200 ac. of the above tract lent to wife; household furnishings; shop tools Daughter Keziah Gurley- Household furniture; livestock Daughter Alley Gurley- Bed & furniture; saddle & bridle; 12 shillings Unborn child- 20 shillings 4 sides of leather hides to be kept for family use.
