I give my body to the earth from whence it was taken in full assurance at its resurrection thence at the last day, as for my burial I desire it may be at the discretion of my executors hereafter named with my dear wife. Item: I will and bequeath to my son Mallacia Hinton one negro boy called Peter with the cattle he holds of possession with his riding horse one mare and two colts with what household goods he has in his possession. (_________ by Item to my son Hardy Hinton, one negro boy named Luke with (_______) cows and calves with two young horses one mare and colt and one bed and furniture. Item: I will and bequeath to my son Domecy Hinton two negro boys names Sam and the other Joll (?) and (______) with one bed and furniture with all the stock of cattle in possession of James Moore upon stock. Item: I will and bequeath to my son William one negro boy named Toby with one bed and furniture. Item: I will to my son Joab one negro girl called Venis to have when she comes at age of twenty one with her (_______) after dower heirs of my dearly beloved wife. Item: I leave and will to my son Solomon negro girl called Mall. Item: I will and leave to my son Job and (_______) the plantation with her decease of my wife or if Job comes a(_______) age before her decease fix my executor to divide said land plantation. Item: I will and bequeath to my well beloved daughter Febery Hinton one negro boy called Pompey and one negro girl called Villoto all the legacys left to all my children and their heirs forever and if any of them dies without heirs their estate to be equally divided between every (________) and after my funeral expenses be paid. I leave all the rest of my estate at the disposial of my dearly beloved wife Mary Hinton whom I have along with my brother William Hinton as my whole and sole executors of this my last will and testament revoking all others.
