ITEM further my will and desire is that all my lawfull debts be paid ITEM I lend to my well beloved wife Mara an Howell all the remainder of my property property dureing of her natural life or widdohood except my daughter Elizabeth Howell sh Howell should mary then for my executor to divide the land and property equally and my da and my daughter Elizabeth Howell to take the half of my land and property and the other the other half of my land whereon my wife Maraan Howell now lives to belong to the child the child that my wife Mara an Howell is now big with after her desese or widowhood widowhood and if this child should die or my wife die or marry, then that half left to m left to my wife and young child to return to my elder daughter, Elizabeth Howell, f Howell, further my desire is that my daughter Elizabeth Howell to have the upper par upper part of my land further my will and desire is if any of property should be sold t be sold to be sold by my executors and not by the Sherif and I do constitute and ordai and ordain my friends John Coor Pinder and Daniel Hedgbeth to do my whole and sole exec sole executors and do ordain this to be last Will and Testament revoking disannull disannulling all other wills made by me whereof.
