No Probate Date. in the Name of god amen, I William Messer of Johns[t]on Countey & state of North Carlonar being of sound & perfect M[ind] do thes 3 day of Jan[u]a[r]y 1800 I do Make and publish this My Last will & testement as folith that is to say. I give & Bequ[e]ath to My Luving wif[e] Eliseb[e]th one Mar[e] & a parsel of hogs a Bout 14 h[e]ad & all My hous[e] hold & furn[i]tu[re] & a copel of ten pound Notes hur Life tim[e] & after her de[a]th to John Messer [and] sun William Messer. allso I give to My Belovid soninlaw James Langdon five pound as to Be Ra[i]sed and levi[e]d out of My astate. also to My Belovid son William Messer I give fiv[e] pounds to Be Rased out of the a state as Be fore Menchid. & all so to My Be Lovd daughter Mary Stevens five shillings starling. In this Cause it being Satisfactory made appear that the Defendant had been duly Served with a Copy of the Petition & Summon Agreeably to the Requisites of the Act of Assembly. The Court Order and Decree that the Defendant Pay and deliver over to the Petitioner the legacies in the Will as her Petition Sets forth, and the Costs of the Suit.
