Johnston County, NC - George Mitchell Will - 1838 ----¤¤¤---- George Mitchell Will Johnston County STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA JOHNSTON COUNTY Know all men that I GEORGE MITCHEL do lend unto my wife PENNINIE Fifty Acres of land where I now live and the rest of my land I give unto my four boys HANDY MITCHELL, WILLIAM MITCHELL, EVERETT MITCHELL, ZACKERY MITCHELL and I give to my daughter SALLY MITCHELL one feather bed and furniture, ZACKRY MITCHELL is to have one bay horse. I give unto my son JOHN MITCHELL Ten dollars I give to SUCKEY MITCHELL one dollar and to GATSY MITCHELL one dollar after my debts is paid, then I lend the balance of my property to my wife her life time or widowhood - This my last will and testament and I also want JOHN RAINS and ZACERY MITCHEL to settle up my estate.
