ITEM: I give and bequeath to my wife my _ay? main and her bridle and saddle also one feather bed and furniture two cows and calfs fourteen head of hogs also my riding saddle and all my plantation tools and all the house furniture. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my son James Oliver eighty eight acres of land lying on both sides of moccasin swamp the new entened? land to him his heirs and assigns, one young sorrel marn give him ten head of hogs. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my son William Oliver seventy five acres of land joining the plantation where on I now live one sow and pigs. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Oliver eighty eight acres of land lying on the upper side of my plantation where I now live one bead and furniture. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my son John Oliver eighty seven acres of land which is this above lent land and one cow and calf to be prepaid with at twenty one years of age. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Kizia Oliver one feather bead and furniture one cow and calf to be prepaid with at twenty one years of age or at her marriage. My will is that my children be schooled and that my wife pay the schooling out of he property willed to her. My will and desire is that my debts shall be collected and that the remainder part of my estate that is not willed shall be sold by my executor and the money put to pay my debts also any remaining divide to be manage my children and I there by make and ordain my beloved Dorcas Oliver my trusting friend executrix of this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I the said John Oliver have set this my last Will and Testament, let my hand seal this the day and year above menchined.
