Item: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Nanny Godwin my walnut table and safe and twenty dollars in money to her and her heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Zilpah Peelle one bed and furniture one hunting sadde and one chest to her and her heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath unto Asenath Peelle one bed and furniture and one chest and fifteen dollars to her and her heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath unto my son Jesse Peelle fifty dollars in money to him and his heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Christan Peelle 28 acres of land lyin in Nash County lying between Theophatus Grice’s line and Barty Bear? line being the two lots I bought of Nathan Nickols and James Nickols, likewise one bed and furniture and one hundred and fifty dollars in money and one chest to her and her heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Anna, daughter of John Peell one hundred acres of land lying in Johnston County being the land I bought of James Kerby and to her and her heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath unto Jacob Taylor one gung to him and his heirs forever. And after giving legacies I desire for all my debts to be paid if there be any owing and then for the remaining part of my property to be eaqully devided among all my children. I do nominate constitute and appoint my son John Peelle and Matthew Peelle executors to this my last Will and Testament ratifying and confirming the same to be my last Will and Testament given under my hand and seal this 4th day of January one thousand eight hundred and seventeen.
